Ingredients:
½ medium apple, diced (reserve remaining apple for another use)
½ avocado, diced
3 ounces cooked cubed chicken breast, seasoned with salt and pepper
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Lime wedges and cilantro, optional for serving
Instructions:
- Toss apple and avocado with lime juice in a small mixing bowl.
- Add chicken, toss and salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately with lime wedge and cilantro, if desired, or chill up to 4 hours before serving.
