Beet Chips

Serves: 4 persons
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes


2 medium beets, trimmed, peeled and sliced thinly
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, add beet slices and oil and toss to coat well.
  4. Transfer the beet slices into prepared baking sheets in a single layer.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
