Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup blueberries preferably organic
1 ripe banana large
2-3 Tbl almond butter preferably sprouted or soaked
1 scoop collagen peptides
1 splash vanilla extract optional
Instructions:
- Mix ingredients together in a quart size, wide mouth mason jar.
- Blend with a handheld blender until smooth.
- Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
