Blueberry Banana Almond Milk Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup blueberries preferably organic
1 ripe banana large
2-3 Tbl almond butter preferably sprouted or soaked
1 scoop collagen peptides
1 splash vanilla extract optional

Instructions:

  • Mix ingredients together in a quart size, wide mouth mason jar.
  • Blend with a handheld blender until smooth.
  • Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
