Chickpeas Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 2 large cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

Directions

  • In a large serving bowl, add all ingredients and toss to coat well.
  • Serve immediately.
