Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled, grated and squeezed
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- Salt, to taste
- Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the waffle iron and grease it.
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
- Pour ΒΌ of the potato mixture into preheated waffle iron.
- Cook for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture.
