Ingredients:
2 cups steamed broccoli
4 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 Tablespoon coconut aminos (a soy-free soy sauce alternative)
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sriracha
Pinch of ground ginger
2 teaspoons sesame oil
½ Tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Steam broccoli in microwave safe bowl 5 minutes, or in steamer basket over boiling water until tender. Place in serving bowl.
- Toss chicken cubes with aminos, vinegar, sriracha, ginger and oil.
- Stir-fry chicken in a skillet over medium high heat until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Spoon chicken over broccoli in serving bowl, top with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
