Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 6 tablespoons walnuts, chopped and divided
- 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2 large apples, peeled, cored and grated
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- ½ small apple, cored and sliced
Directions
- In a large pan, mix together milk, 2 tablespoons of walnuts, sunflower seeds, grated apple, vanilla, and cinnamon over medium-low heat and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer into serving bowls.
- Top with remaining walnuts and apple slices and serve.
