2 bananas, peeled and frozen
3 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 cup of spinach, kale or romaine
1⁄2-1 cup nut milk or water, more or less as needed
1 teaspoon vanilla
1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon pinch nutmeg
Instructions:
