Carrot Sticks

Serves: 4 persons

  • 3 large carrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch long sticks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt & pepper, to taste


  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly, grease a large baking sheet.
  • Place carrot sticks into a prepared baking sheet in a single layer and drizzle with oil.
  • Roast for about 25 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste.
  • Serve warm.
