Ingredients
- 3 large carrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch long sticks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly, grease a large baking sheet.
- Place carrot sticks into a prepared baking sheet in a single layer and drizzle with oil.
- Roast for about 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
