Ingredients
- ½ cups plus 3 tablespoons chickpea flour
- Pinch of salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- ½ teaspoon fresh ginger, grated finely
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1 cup water
- Nonstick cooking spray
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, chili powder, and salt.
- Add ginger and cilantro and mix well.
- Add water and mix until a smooth paste is formed.
- Keep aside, covered for about ½-2 hours.
- Lightly, grease a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
- Add the desired amount of mixture and tilt the pan to spread it evenly in the skillet.
- Cook for about 10-15 seconds per side.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Serve warm.
