Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons water
- ΒΌ pound unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Line 3 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients except coconut flakes and beat until well combined.
- Transfer the coconut flakes onto prepared baking sheets evenly.
- Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Remove the baking sheets from oven and stir the flakes.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes more.
- Remove from oven and keep aside to cool completely.
- Transfer this cereal into an airtight container and preserve in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
- You can enjoy this cereal with any non-dairy milk and fruit topping.
