1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
1 ripe pear coarsely chopped
1/2 cup firmly packed broccoli sprouts

3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons freshly ground chia seeds
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
1/2 teaspoon camu camu (optional)
dash of sea salt
