Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened non-daily milk
- 1 cup uncooked quinoa, rinsed
- ΒΌ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 cup banana, peeled and sliced
Directions
- In a pan, mix together milk, quinoa, vanilla and cinnamon over low heat and cook, for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and transfer the quinoa mixture into serving bowls.
- Top with banana slices (or any other toppings you like) and serve.
