Quinoa Porridge

Serves: 4 persons
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes


  • 2 cups unsweetened non-daily milk
  • 1 cup uncooked quinoa, rinsed
  • ΒΌ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup banana, peeled and sliced


  • In a pan, mix together milk, quinoa, vanilla and cinnamon over low heat and cook, for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and transfer the quinoa mixture into serving bowls.
  • Top with banana slices (or any other toppings you like) and serve.
