Roasted Almonds

Serves: 4 persons
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes


  • 1 cup whole almonds
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • ½ tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking dish with a parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, add all ingredients and toss to coat well.
  • Transfer the almond mixture into a prepared baking dish in a single layer.
  • Roast for about 10 minutes, flipping twice halfway through.
  • Remove from oven and keep aside to cool completely before serving.
  • You can preserve these roasted almonds in an airtight jar.
