Ingredients
- 1 cup whole almonds
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- ½ tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking dish with a parchment paper.
- In a bowl, add all ingredients and toss to coat well.
- Transfer the almond mixture into a prepared baking dish in a single layer.
- Roast for about 10 minutes, flipping twice halfway through.
- Remove from oven and keep aside to cool completely before serving.
- You can preserve these roasted almonds in an airtight jar.
